Arriving at L'Ile Rousse (T30) via the Fogata roundabout (Leclerc supermarket), take the Calvi road at the end, turn right (D13) and then left (D63) and drive straight on for 13.9 kms (you will pass the village of Monticellu, le Reginu). The house will be on your left.

Coming from Bastia or Ajaccio

Arriving at Lieu Dit Lozari (Belambra on your right and Spar Supermarket, bakery on your left) go straight on, and you will turn at the second left (D113) Direction Speloncatu and Golf du Reginu go straight on for 6 kms and when you arrive at the crossroads turn left (D63) and go straight on for 5 kms. The house will be on your left.

The maisonnette is located in a tree-lined residence of 4 hestares. It is 800 meters from Lozari beach. Small shops (bakery, tobacconist, SPAR supermarket, restaurants, ice-cream parlour, wine bar) are just 500 meters away.

The cottage is semi-detached on one side and on one level, measuring around 33 M² on a plot of 100 M². It's a spacious, functional accommodation for 4 people, consisting of:
